Hi, I'm Lee Brewer.
I was first licensed to sell real estate in 1977. I worked in the field in San Jose and Fresno on a part-time basis. I moved to Trinity County in 2001 and secured licenses in real estate sales and appraisal. After working as an appraiser, primarily in Trinity County for four years, I decided to devote my energies to sales. In looking for a Broker, I was happy to know Steve Hanover and Weaverville Realty. I believe that with the combined elements of part time real estate sales in four counties, real estate appraisal in four counties and the experience that Steve brings to the market, we present a winning team for any one who is looking to relocate, sell, buy, or rent a home.
Steve and I have branched out and are managing property for owners that want to derive an income from their properties.
